Gary Hamilton runs an accounting practice. Steady clients. Reliable work. A good practice by most measures.

He saw an AVN training event in his diary. Time out of the business. A fee. He thought about it.

He went.

The conversations there weren't about compliance or technology or market trends. They were about what an accountant can genuinely do for a client - questions he hadn't seen framed quite that way before.
