It's Fundraiser Friday! 💙

We're so happy to have welcomed Michele to our team recently, and she has stepped straight away into embodying TPF values while out in the field.

While new to fundraising, Michele has really fallen in love with what she does. Having personally experienced how devastating dementia is and having lost a loved one, she feels immensely proud to be supporting Alzheimer's Society 💙

She shares that she feels incredibly humbled when people feel they can share their personal experiences of having a loved one with dementia. Hearing their stories really personifies how important vital research, care, and support are to families.

Maybe not.

In our latest episode of The Professional Fundraiser Podcast, Kelvin tells us why he prefers to think of innovation as continuous improvement.

Because innovation isn’t about replacing the human interaction at the heart of fundraising.

It’s about asking: How can we make the supporter experience better? How can technology work behind the scenes to make things safer, faster and more accurate? And, perhaps most importantly, are we innovating because it genuinely helps, or simply because we feel we should?

“It was a no-brainer for me.”

For Brandon, fundraising for the Royal British Legion is deeply personal. Having served himself, he understands first-hand the difference the charity can make to our Armed Forces community. 💙
