igning the right engineers to you. You’ll get to know them, and they will get to know you. We’ll keep a lot of information on your organisation, floor plans, layouts, system configuration, team configurations, and a log of up and coming events, so we know what’s going on. Smart sourcing embraces social media - keep in touch with us on facebook, twitter, or via your company email. We are an extension of your staff and will be fully accountable to you. Need us whilst you are out and about? Call or tweet, it’s up to you. Forget sickness and holiday - Worried about sickness or holiday? We employ enough staff to take over in the event your engineer is off sick or takes a holiday. Incredibly cost effective

What about cost? All the above sounds great, so you must think this is going to cost the earth. Again, don’t worry – it won’t. We actually think that IT companies charge too much to charities and NFPs, so combined with our completely unique business model we are able to charge you for service desk support at 80p per minute, that’s £360 for a full day of exceptionally good support.
