Another great installation complete at Encore Northampton!

We've been busy getting Northampton's newest nightlife destination fully kitted out and ready for business. Encore has recently relocated to a huge new home in George Row, and we're proud to have supplied the technology behind the scenes to keep the night running smoothly.

What we installed:

• 6 x tills running ICR EPOS with integrated Clover payments
• Full connectivity package - broadband & VOIP telephone system

Proud to support Kidderminster Harriers FC

Founded in 1886, Kidderminster Harriers are one of the best-supported and most recognisable names in non-league football. Based at Aggborough Stadium in Worcestershire, the club has enjoyed spells in the Football League, memorable FA Cup runs against the likes of West Ham, and FA Trophy finals at Wembley - and now returns to the National League for the 2026/27 season.

Blackburn Rovers FC, Roverstore - a full digital signage installation across the media wall, entrance and windows, replacing old printed posters with twelve screens of dynamic content. The window digital display screens made their debut on kit launch morning, running teaser content for fans already queuing outside Ewood Park.

Kidderminster Harriers FC, Aggborough Stadium - touchscreen EPOS venue-wide, backed by cloud-based software to manage stock, staff and finances in one place. The system proved itself during the club's 2022 FA Cup run against West Ham, handling a surge in attendance without missing a beat.

Worcestershire County Cricket Club, New Road - EPOS, payments, kiosks, digital displays and a concierge app, including an "Order to Seat" solution that lets spectators order food and drinks from their seat via QR code, cutting queues and boosting matchday revenue.

When Paisley at No.106 in Stourport-on-Severn came to us, orders were dropping before they even reached the kitchen - a connectivity issue that was disrupting service night after night.

Rather than paper over the problem with new tech, we started with the network itself. Once that foundation was solid, we built on top of it with a full EPOS upgrade:

✅ ICR Touch EPOS system with cloud-based back office reporting

150 years of The Glassboys – proud to be part of the journey

This year marks a truly special milestone for Stourbridge FC Official : 150 years since the club was founded back in 1876, making them one of the oldest football clubs in the country. As a local team on our own doorstep, it's been fantastic watching the club go from strength to strength this anniversary season.

On the pitch, the grassroots pathway continues to be a real highlight - a strong network of youth teams feeding talent through into the academy and, ultimately, the first team. Off the pitch, the club is investing in its future too, with new stands currently being built at the historic War Memorial Athletic Ground, alongside more events and entertainment planned at the Glassboys Sports Bar to bring supporters and the local community together throughout the anniversary year. The club has also unveiled a permanent legacy wall at the ground, where supporters can dedicate plaques to friends, family and club legends - a lovely lasting tribute as part of the 150th anniversary celebrations.

We're proud to play our part behind the scenes. Langley Compass Group supplies the EPOS systems that keep the club running smoothly matchday after matchday - covering the Glassboys Sports Bar, the club's onsite bar, and the Fan Zone, complete with full back-office support and the loyalty system used for supporters' membership cards.

Since we started working together, the reporting capability has genuinely made a difference. Clear, reliable data on drinks sales, general sales and staff performance means the team can make faster, better-informed decisions - whether that's planning stock for a big match or reviewing how the bar performed over a busy weekend.

Team Langley, together under one roof

Last week the whole of Langley Compass Group came together for our Summer Meeting - colleagues from every division in the room, plus a few joining us on Teams.

We hosted it at Paisley at No. 106 in Stourport-on-Severn, a genuinely stunning venue - and one of our own customers, running our EPOS and payments technology behind the scenes.

Across the day we heard what's happening in:

Different corners of the business, one shared direction - that's always the best bit of these get-togethers.
