There’s something about Dublin that stays with you long after you leave.

I’ve been fortunate to spend time there over the years.

- Walking through the city.
- Taking in the history.
- Visiting places like the Guinness factory.

But it was never just about the landmarks.

It was the people.

🔸 The warmth.
🔸 The humour.
🔸 The way conversations just seem to flow.

And underneath it all… a quiet resilience.

Strength doesn’t always need to be visible.

Sometimes it’s just how you carry yourself.
✅ How you respond.
✅ How you keep going.

Happy to share today with my LINKEDIN family!

I actually don’t think it’s a given that AI will replace you, but someone who uses AI effectively might.

This is a recurring conversation that im having with my clients and mentees.

They all want to know how to future proof thier businesses and their careers against AI.

However, i am encouraging them to use that same energy or fear, to think about how they can use AI IN their business.

So often founders make decisions out of fear rather than leaning into strategy.

For me, the businesses that win:

🔸 Communicate better
🔸 Position themselves clearly
🔸 Make fewer, smarter decisions
🔸 Use the technology available to them to grow and scale.

Trust isn’t built by just doing more. It’s built by doing the right things consistently and removing the fear around what’s new, the fear around what you don’t fully understand.

For example, machines didn’t kill the farming industry, farmers just learned how to use them to increase productivity.

Removing the fear and embracing AI is exactly what we work through inside my Business Bootcamp

✅ No fluff.
✅ No guesswork.
✅ Just fundamentals done properly.

👉 Join the waiting list! Comment “BOOTCAMP” or DM me if you’re ready to lean into AI and build a strategic roadmap that converts.

One of the most important lessons I learned about resilience did not come from business.

It came from home.

I grew up mainly with my mother and also my grandmother who is now no longer with us.

My mum worked as a nurse.
- Long shifts.
- Demanding work often with a lack of empathy from the people being helped.
- Constant responsibility for other people.

Yet no matter how busy life became, she always showed the same qualities.

🔸 Strength.
🔸 Discipline.
🔸 Determination.

My grandmother was the same.

Between them both, they set a standard that stayed with me long before I ever stepped into the world of business.

They showed me that resilience is not something you talk about.

You live it.

✅ You show up.
✅ You work hard.
✅ You keep going.

Many of the principles I apply in business today were shaped by watching them both.

🔸 The ability to stay focused when things feel difficult.

🔸 The discipline to keep moving forward.

🔸 And the understanding that character is built through responsibility.

Today I want to say thank you.

To my mum.

To my grandmother.

And to all the mothers who quietly carry enormous responsibility while still supporting everyone around them.

Happy Mother’s Day. 🤍

What is one lesson your mother taught you that still guides you today?

If we’ve been connected for a while and you’re still not 100% sure what I actually *do*… this post is for you.

Inspired by my friend Robert Hanna, I asked AI to create an image of me based on what it “knows” about my work as a business strategist and coach.

I added my LINKEDIN url, my Volume 2 Website, and so on.

Sales, Marketing, Branding, Social Media, AI, Charts, funnels, roadmaps, growth arrows… not a bad summary.

But here’s what I really do for the founders, leaders and business owners I work with:

🔴 If you’re doing a lot but not seeing the results you know are possible

🟢 I turn challenges and scattered ideas into clear thoughts and solutions

🔴 If you are reacting to challenges week‑to‑week and not leading with a real strategy

🟢 I provide a clear, focused growth strategy, map out a practical roadmap with actionable steps so you know exactly what to do next and in what order

🔴 If your brand, content and sales don’t quite “click” together

🟢 I identify clear milestones and align sales, marketing, branding and social media so they actually support the same goal

🔴 If you get stuck with choosing the right tech stack for your business, overwhelmed by AI and the speed things are moving at.

🟢 I help you make the right choices for where you are and then where you want to be, while building systems and structure so growth becomes repeatable, not just a good month here and there

Most of my clients don’t need “more information”. They need clarity, focus, direction and an honest partner! A company that will challenge their thinking, simplify the chaos and keep them accountable to the plan.

… not sure if you get all that from this picture, but this is exactly the work I do.

In a world that’s getting noisier by the day, the businesses that win aren’t always the loudest.

They’re the ones with a clear strategy, a strong brand, and the discipline to follow the roadmap.

That’s what I help my clients build.

If you’d like my eyes on your business, comment “STRATEGY” or send me a DM and I’ll share how we can work together, whether that’s a one‑off intensive or a longer‑term coaching/consulting partnership.

“I could guess what you need… or I could just ask. So I’m asking.”

I’ve spent years helping business owners connect the dots between sales, marketing, branding, social media and strategy.

As much as I’m speaking to founders and entrepreneurs in the Aesthetic, Healthcare, Wellness, Coaching, SaaS & Tech space every day, (business coaching and mentoring), I’ve learned that the more data you have the better!

The best content, offers and resources don’t just come from what I think you need. They come from what’s actually keeping you up at night.

So I’m asking directly—which ONE of these is your biggest challenge right now?

🔸 Sales – Getting leads is fine, but converting them consistently feels like a guessing game

🔸 Marketing – You’re “doing marketing” but it doesn’t feel like it’s actually moving the needle

🔸 Branding – You know your business is great, but your brand doesn’t reflect that yet

🔸 Social Media – You’re posting, but the engagement, reach and results just aren’t there

🔸 Strategy & Roadmapping – You’ve got ideas and ambition, but no clear plan to get from here to there

👇🏾 Vote in the poll below or if your answer is “honestly… all of them” just comment ‘ALL’ and I’ll reach out.

I’m using your answers to shape exactly what I put out next in the way of free content, resources, and offers, so this is your chance to steer the ship.

Don’t be shy. Tell me where you’re stuck.

If your brand looks good online but your sales are inconsistent, this is for you.

Feeling incredibly grateful after an energising panel discussion with such a switched-on, engaged audience of business owners and founders at the NatWest Business Accelerator.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, asked smart questions, challenged ideas, and stayed back to keep the conversation going.

It’s clear there’s a real appetite right now for more information around sales channels and funnels.

We dug into: sales, marketing, branding, social media, and strategic roadmapping – not as separate silos, but as a single, joined-up growth engine.

We also talked about all of the latest software available for building a funnel or managing sales channels and the importance in not just picking the most in trend super expensive SaaS platform.

That’s the work I love most:

🔹 Helping businesses cut through the noise,
🔹 Get clear on their message,
🔹 Build a brand that actually converts, and
🔹 Layer on a practical roadmap so they know exactly what to do next and why.

If you’re a business owner who’s ready to:

🔸 Turn inconsistent sales into a repeatable system
🔸 Align your brand, content and offers so they actually support your goals
🔸 Use social media strategically (not just posting for the sake of it)
🔸 Build a clear 90-day and 12‑month roadmap for growth

…I’d love to continue the conversation.

👇🏾 Send me a DM or comment “ROADMAP” and I’ll share how I work with clients to integrate sales, marketing, branding, social media and strategy into one clear, actionable plan.

Huge thanks to Debbie Lewis for the invite and to the fellow panellists great to connect with you.

Most importantly, to every business owner in the room who’s serious about building something that lasts - Keep going!

Celebrating another incredible night at with

Some nights remind you just how powerful it is when entrepreneurship, community and recognition all come together in one room.

The Signature Awards on 6th Feb at the Vox was one of those nights.

A huge congratulations to and the team at Nachural and The Signature Awards on delivering yet another outstanding event that truly celebrates business excellence, contribution and leadership across the region and beyond.

This year felt extra special for me, attending as both a judge, a writer for The Business Influencer Magazine and a Mentor / Business Coach for many of the Nominees.

It was a privilege to see, up close, the quality of businesses, leaders and innovators coming through who were nominated and went on to win on the night.

Seeing your progress recognised on that stage is exactly why this work matters.

A very quick special mention to Edwina Dunn OBE. Her interview, masterfully navigated by Ninder, was a powerful reminder of:

🔹 What it takes to build in a male-dominated world
🔹 Why understanding your customers is non-negotiable
🔹 And how data, insight and courage can genuinely change the direction of a business

To all the winners and finalists, mentees, clients, and the wider business community – congratulations.

Andrew Horkan – Cyber Tzar Cyber Security
Young Buisness Person of the Year Award.

Felix Hughes – Bueno Europe
International/Enterprise of the Year Award.

Finalists:
Jo Joshi - DMC Finder
Chibs - Gudee
Zahra Karim - Exotic Skn
Shireenah - Red Lens

Your achievements don’t just deserve an award; they set the standard for what’s possible.

Looking forward to seeing how this momentum carries into The Signature Awards 2026 in Manchester and London.

👇🏾 If you attended or were nominated, I’d love to hear your biggest takeaway from the night in the comments.

As a founder, do you have a sales problem or a “wrong channels, wrong people” problem.

On Thursday I had the privilege of speaking for NatWest Business Accelerator as part of The West Midlands Business Festival and it reminded me why this topic matters so much.

My session was on a quiet growth killer:
sales channels – and how to choose the right ones based on your customer avatar.

Too many businesses try to be everywhere:

🔹 A bit of LinkedIn
🔹 A bit of Instagram
🔹 A bit of email
🔹 A bit of in‑person networking

The result?
- A lot of activity.
- Not a lot of traction.

In the workshop, we walked through three key questions:

1️⃣ Who is your buyer really?
Not just age and location – but how they think, decide, and buy.

2️⃣ Where do they naturally spend time and look for solutions?
Events? LinkedIn? Referrals? Email? Industry communities?

3️⃣ Which channels match their behaviour, budget and decision-making style?

When you get that alignment right:

🔸 Your messaging feels sharper
🔸 Your time and energy stop being diluted
🔸 Your sales channels become a system, not guess work

If you’re reading this and suspect you might be “everywhere and nowhere” at the same time,
comment “CHANNELS” and I’ll share a simple framework you can use to review your current approach.

Sunday’s can be dangerous for founders.

It’s quiet.
The emails have stopped.
And suddenly, your brain starts filling up with:

🔹 “I should have done more last week.”
🔹 “I need to fix X, Y, and Z by Tuesday.”
🔹 “Maybe I should pivot the whole strategy.”

We call it ambition and drive.
Sometimes, it’s just anxiety in a nice suit.

I’ve learned that if I don’t protect at least some of my Sunday, I start my Monday already exhausted.

So today, I’m not spending the whole day planning the next quarter or rewriting my offers.
I’m just stepping away.

Watching Manchester United vs Fulham, doing a few DIY jobs and spending time wrestling with the kids

Because the best business decisions aren’t always made when you’re frantically trying to “catch up.” They’re made when you have the space to think clearly.

If your brain has been preoccupied all day and is already racing towards Monday morning:

🔸 Pause.
🔸 Breathe.
🔸 Recharge

The work will still be there tomorrow, but you’ll handle it better if you actually rest today.

How do you protect your headspace on a Sunday?

Let me know in the comments. 👇
