Looking for someone who would like to help out as a group moderator, for this and some of the other local groups, to help us to run the group.

Who it might suit (but not essential)

• Useful, but not essential - someone who has some experience of helping manage a Facebook group before.

• Pretty Important - someone who has availability during the day as Koni and I both have jobs that keep us busy during the day sometimes

• Important - someone who likes how the group is run and appreciates (or accepts) the rules in place and the aims of the group

• Important - someone who is willing to ask for advice if they are unsure so that decisions remain consistent

It's likely this will be a single person, or maybe two, it would be difficult to have multiple new people helping without causing some confusion.

Don’t and Do’s in business
If some one asks you do you like something
❌ I hate it!
✅ I don’t hate it .

In business negotiation never say
❌ to be honest, trust me, I swear, to be frank with you, to tell you the truth etc because this implies the opposite.
❌ never understate others product in comparison to yours just to sell your product. Customer has perfect knowledge of the market.
❌ if a customer tells you that your product is expensive, don’t say because you are number one in the market but rather ask the customer back to why they think your product is expensive
❌ don’t have one or different confusing prices over a certain products
✅try to have three price range because haveing over three price range is confusing and customer may end up buying nothing and also haveing one price is like nothing to compare therefore try to have three price range like Cheap, Average and expensive
❌never give big discount on negotiation initially try to have reasonable price otherwise if you give big discount because they asked for discount , customer would think that if it wasn’t for their request for discount , you would have conned them and charge them over price so they tend to be put off by the cheat and buy nothing.
❌never put extra offer or a gift on expensive staff as the cheap staff would undervalued the high quality
