· Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant
· Have previous sales or experience of working in a target driven environment
· Communicate effectively across different levels.
· Have a resilient approach and pick up information quickly
· Committed to building a career in recruitment
· Strong work ethic
· Enjoy working in fast paced environment that requires adaptability and flexibility

The Role:
· To join an established and successful team
· Opportunities across IT/ERP and Related technologies
· To source candidates via various methods, adverts, job boards Headhunting etc.
· Vet, screen and register candidates.to pass over to the Recruitment Consultants.
· Establish leads and market information.
· Brief candidates on specific roles within the business to gain their interest.
· Client Researching and Mapping.
· Administration

Qualifying done and we start today’s sprint race at 12.50 p2 in class and p11 overall. The rain clouds are coming in and we have some work to do!

And that’s a wrap! Race 2, P1, but we had to work for that one! A great day of racing with 46 GT cars out on track for the GT Cup super Saturday, coming away with some fancy new pots 😜 and some valuable points. There’s more to come from myself and Richard in the car, and already can’t wait to get back to it at Snetterton in 5 weeks (!) time.
