We step in early - reviewing the notice, responding on your behalf, and making sure everything is legally set up before any work moves forward. That includes recording your property’s condition, agreeing the scope of works, and putting a clear framework in place so you’re covered at every stage.

Quatrefoils were asked to survey Brentford Dock. Waited for low tide, then a half mile walk in the mud and gravel to inspect the timber and concrete. Really interesting and not somewhere you would normally get.

All the years I have spent doing boundary disputes I have never seen this before. If only more people had such markers.

Reroofing this building in Nottinghill in an unusual material, a heavy duty DECRA metal tile. We obtained conservation area consent for this as the Police use it as a look out point, so it takes a degree of foot traffic and the original slates had been ruined.
