If you’re trying to run your business exactly the same way through the summer holidays as you do the rest of the year - that’s why it feel impossible right now

You’re measuring yourself against a version of consistency that was built for a completely different time of year

It’s a complete unrealistic expectation

When you can’t keep up with what you’d normally do, you start doing less and then you start feeling like you’re falling behind and before you know it you’re saying you’ll start again in September

But you don’t need to wait until September, you just need to change your rhythm

Instead of trying to do everything pick two or three things to keep your business moving this summer

Everything else can wait

That’s a hell of a lot easier that trying to resurrect your business in September

I don’t think women in business have an information problem

I think we have an implementation problem

Every day I see brilliant women buying another course, downloading another freebie or listening to another podcast and most of the time it’s not because they need more information it’s just consuming feels safer than implementing

Your brain loves the possibility of something new and actually doing something new comes with uncertainty

‘What if it doesn’t work?’
‘What if I get it wrong?’

That’s why awareness matters

The conversation is already starting to shift.

More and more women in business are realising that the strategy was never broken.

The courses weren’t wrong

The advice wasn’t bad

But something keeps overriding all of it the moment things get uncomfortable.

By September everyone’s going to be talking about the gap between knowing and doing.

Strategy tells you what to do. It doesn’t account for the automatic patterns that kick in the moment doing it feels uncomfortable.

The going quiet
The Monday restart
The offer that keeps getting softened. The DM that never gets sent.

Those patterns aren’t a strategy problem. They’re a behaviour problem and they need a completely different solution.

The women who are going to thrive through the rest of this year aren’t the ones who find a better strategy.

They’re the ones who sorted out what was getting in the way of the strategy they already had.

That’s the work and it’s exactly what I do.

They aren’t more motivated than you.

They aren’t more disciplined than you.

Here’s what most people get wrong.

They think consistent sales come from having the perfect strategy. But if that was true you’d already be there by now.

You’ve done the courses. Learned the strategies. You know you should be posting, talking about your offers, following people up.

The problem isn’t knowledge. It’s what happens the moment business starts to feel uncomfortable. You overthink. You delay. You find something else to do and tell yourself you’ll come back to it tomorrow.

Then tomorrow becomes Monday. And before you know it you’re restarting all over again.

The women building consistent sales haven’t eliminated the discomfort. They’ve built habits that carry them through it anyway.

That’s the difference.

Sales aren’t built on motivation. They’re built on repeatable behaviours and that’s exactly what I teach.
