This past Saturday 25th June marked Gibbs Hybrid's 17th Anniversary!

Our CEO and Founder, Farida Gibbs, had a vision 17 years ago. She envisioned what Gibbs Hybrid could be and made it her mission to achieve it. Farida was joined shortly after by her sister; our Director and second in command, Ameera Francis.

Together, and with the support of our dedicated employees along the way, they built Gibbs Hybrid into the incredible international woman-owned business it is today.

We always say it here at Gibbs; the people are the ones who make Gibbs Hybrid unique. Over 17 years a few have come and gone, but everyone has made their impact. THANK YOU to everyone who has been along for the journey and for your commitment to Gibbs Hybrid. We are very proud of our 17 years and we are excited for what's to come next! 🎊🥂🍾

Gibbs Hybrid is unusual in that we embed, in a single company, three lines of business which clients normally source separately, along with the administrative headaches that go with such an approach.

Why go to one company for contingency staff, another for outsourcing work and a third for ‘Statement of Work’ based tech projects or programmes when you can get all three, of at least the same quality, from a single organisation? Farida Gibbs, who founded Gibbs Hybrid in 2005, was the recipient of the first Businesswoman of the Year Award in 2018 from MSDUK. Learning to balance her duties as CEO, mother and role model to the next generation, Farida supports the ‘Women of the Future’ Ambassadors Programme and sits on the Advisory Board for Mosaic Prince’s Trust.

Ameera’s professional career spans 20 years in the Staffing industry. She has successfully developed, managed and built key relationships with large blue chip companies across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Retail and Outsourcing Services. Ameera manages the day-to-day delivery operations at Gibbs Hybrid and sits on the Board of Directors.
