* Arrive and settle into the space.

* Write your “intention” for the next few hours on cards provided.

* Get comfy on blankets and pillows and enjoy a blissful guided meditation and some quiet reflection time

* Crafting session - create your own unique autumn wreath to display at home and enjoy for the rest of the season.

* Closing share - what you will take from this time and how you will benefit in the coming days and weeks

“Welcome to you time” ♥️ …. I didn’t fully appreciate how magical this sentiment was until now.

After a very difficult week it was a welcome relief to get into my aunt’s workshop today.

To get out of my head for an hour.

To be completely absorbed in an activity, creating a couple of wreaths with two of our kits.

Things have been on pause here for the last 10 days, as we process the sudden and unexpected loss of my wonderful Daddy.

But we have discussed as a family and agreed that we still want to continue with this launch. We have put so much love and energy into getting this far, to stop now, when we are so close would be such a shame.

So please do share far and wide, tagging any friends you think might like (or need) some “YOU” time and would enjoy one of our mindful DIY wreath kits.

Because making a success of what we have started, feels more important than ever now.

Hello my lovely Instagram friends, it’s been a difficult few days. My beloved Daddy got very unexpectedly poorly at the weekend and went to sleep forever yesterday.

It’s a difficult time, so I won’t be on here for a little while, just whilst we process what has happened.

I’ll be back when I feel strong enough. xx

A weekend retreat, a weekend like no other. ♥️

I was so terrified when I arrived, the last one to get there.

Walking into a room of chatting women sat in clusters, looking so comfortable in each other’s company.

It took all I had to not bolt out the door, jump in the car and drive home.

But after sharing a beautiful dinner together, an opening circle and then easy talk … these strangers started to become friends.

The weekend stretched me in ways I was not expecting.

Eating, sharing, walking, bathing, talking, sitting, listening.

It invited me to go deep into some really uncomfortable places, and explore what was there.

But I have come home more solid, more sure, and more me.

And it’s all thanks to these wonderful women.

A momentary halt to the busyness, reminding me there is beauty in the slow too.
