It was an honour to be invited to speak about ‘your values, your business’ by Karen Heap at this years Socially Shared Business Support Network.

This was the first ever conference I attended when I was brand new to being a business owner 7 years ago, and I will be forever grateful for the connections and friendships I’ve made through this lovely network.

Many of you might know what your values are but it’s important to review and reflect to what extent are you truly living these values:

The tools and techniques in the course are tried and tested by many career development professionals and have also been very useful for us too.

Not many people know this...
When I was little, I really wanted to be a professional football player ⚽️

My dad was a football scout and we used to get tickets to watch the matches at Elland Road in Leeds where I grew up. At that time there were so many barriers to playing as a woman, and still is.

20+ years later how wonderful and inspiring it was to watch the England lionesses win last night to a sell-out crowd.

Yes, there may still be a way to go in breaking down barriers, however this is a huge milestone to celebrate!

And what a fantastic coach Sarina Wiegman is. To quote England player Millie Bright straight after the match;

“She says don’t be afraid to make mistakes, she gives us confidence, she’s so composed, the loveliest person…she knows how to get the best out of us”

True leadership right there!

LOVE it when a plan comes together📝
Thank you to all of you came to celebrate 5 years of being in business. A fabulous night blending networking, celebration, inspiring speakers, food, drink at beautiful Mallory Court. It’s so important as a coach to practice what you preach and celebrate achievements.
It’s not always been an easy ride 🎢 however I wouldn’t change a thing, and I’m so grateful to all our wonderful clients, fantastic business support network and the best team I could ever have hoped for that will continue to grow. I know we missing a few of you but you were certainly with us in spirit.
Special thanks to Sarah Kershaw for her amazing event planning, and wonderful inspiring speakers Hannah Alexander Tara Robinson Ashley Ferguson.
