We started out helping small businesses with social media and digital content. We still believe in that work — but over the last three years something bigger has emerged.
We've been quietly building operational technology for the golf industry.
ClubOps — a full compliance and operations platform built exclusively for golf clubs. Health & safety management, RIDDOR reporting, asset registers, training records, inspection tracking, and a live compliance score. All in one place. No software to install.
We've also built the Durham County Golf Courtesy System — managing 39 competitions across 41 clubs. A Golf League Tracker. Bar and kitchen booking. Integrated club websites. Drone videography for clubs and counties.
Everything built from scratch around how golf clubs actually operate.
If you manage a golf club, work in county golf, or advise clubs on compliance and operations — this is what we do now.

Did you know the word "broadcast" originally meant scattering seeds across a field by hand? Farmers would throw wide and hope something took root.

Funny how that became the default approach for most golf marketing too. Throw content everywhere and hope it lands somewhere useful.

The problem is golf audiences are specific. They care about feel, community, course culture, and the details that make one club different from the one down the road. Generic content just gets scrolled past.

At Pin High Media we do the opposite of the old broadcast method. We help golf businesses create content that reaches the right people with the right message instead of just tossing seeds into the wind.

If your current marketing feels more like guesswork than strategy it might be time for a conversation.

Drop us a message and lets talk about what targeted golf content could look like for you.

Most people scroll faster past content they actually need to see. It is one of the strangest things about how we consume media online. We slow down for drama and skip right past the stuff that could genuinely help us grow.

That is exactly why so many golf businesses struggle with their content. They are putting out solid information, great offers, real value, but the packaging never earns the pause.

At Pin High Media we build content for golf brands that works with human behaviour instead of against it. The kind that stops the scroll, earns attention, and turns viewers into customers.

If your content is good but your reach tells a different story, the problem is not what you are saying. It is how it is being delivered.

Drop us a message and let us show you what a scroll-stopping strategy actually looks like.

Here is something most people do not realise. Small businesses that post video content consistently generate around 49 percent more revenue growth than those that do not. Nearly half again as much, just from showing up on camera.

Now think about how many golf businesses, coaches, and brands are sitting on incredible stories and footage but never actually put it out into the world. The courses, the lessons, the behind the scenes moments, the early mornings on the range. All of it is content waiting to happen.

That is exactly where we come in. Pin High Media helps golf businesses turn what they already do into content that actually connects with people and drives real results.

If you have been thinking about levelling up your content but never quite got around to it, drop us a message. Let us have a conversation about what is possible.

Most people scroll past things they actually want. It sounds daft but it's true — studies show we need to see something multiple times before we stop and pay attention.
That's why your club's big open comp or new membership offer can't just go out once and hope for the best. The clubs that fill tee sheets are the ones that stay visible, not the ones with the loudest single post. Consistency beats volume every time, and that's something we think about a lot at Pin High Media.
If your club's socials feel like shouting into the void, there's usually a rhythm problem not a content problem. We help golf clubs fix that.

The average golfer will consume around 3000 calories during a four day tournament week just from the clubhouse bar alone. Wild number right.

Now think about this. The food and drink experience at a golf club is often the first thing members talk about when they recommend their club to a friend. Not the greens. Not the pro shop. The kitchen.

So if your club is putting all its marketing effort into course photos and membership deals but ignoring the dining experience in your content, you might be missing what actually gets people through the door.

A short video of a chef plating up the Sunday carvery or a slow pour of a fresh pint after 18 holes can do more than another sunset fairway shot ever will.

We help golf businesses tell the full story. Not just the course but everything around it.

Pin High Media. Content that covers all 19 holes.

The average golf club in England throws away over a third of the food it prepares. A third. That's not just waste, that's margin walking out the back door.
Now imagine your clubhouse menu is getting plenty of love on social media, midweek specials are being promoted properly, and members actually know what's on before they book a table somewhere else. A decent social media presence doesn't just fill tee sheets, it fills covers in the dining room too.
Most clubs have all the ingredients, they just need someone who understands how to put them in the window.
That's what we do at Pin High Media. If your club's food and drink offer deserves more attention than it's getting, drop us a message.

In 1457, King James II of Scotland banned golf because it was distracting his soldiers from archery practice. The game was literally too engaging to ignore.

Funny how some things never change.

Golf courses and brands today face a similar challenge, except now they need to be the thing that captures attention. Not against archery, but against every other piece of content flooding someone's feed.

That is where we come in.

At Pin High Media, we help golf businesses create content that stops the scroll. Video, photography, social strategy, all built specifically for the golf industry by people who understand it from the inside.

Your story deserves to be the one people can not look away from.

If your content is not grabbing attention the way the game grabbed those Scottish soldiers, let us fix that.

Here's what £350/month actually gets you with Pin High Media. Let's break it down.

Three posts per week. That's roughly 12 per month. A freelance content creator charges anywhere from £30-£75 per post. Even at the low end, that's £360 just for content. Already over budget.

Now add quarterly professional drone photography. A single drone session typically runs £150-£300. Spread across the year, that's another £50-£100 per month minimum.

page management? Most agencies charge £300-£500 monthly for that alone.

Add it all up with a generic agency or freelancer and you're realistically looking at £700-£900 per month. Maybe more.

We do it for £350. No setup fees.

The difference? We're not learning your industry on your budget. We already live in it.
