I have included this link for those who need peace of mind. Maybe you have a relative who isn't on your doorstep and your concerned for their well being.

I will give you an example. My mother and her partner live approximately 10 miles away so only a 23 minute journey, she is 87 and suffers from dementia, her husband is 91 and amazing for his age still very lucid and mobile, however he has had a couple of falls and so after discussing options with them along with my lovely sister they agreed to having the piperline installed. Thus if he has a fall or needs help he has only to press a button which is worn around his neck as a pendent along with my mother and help will be on hand usually within 30 seconds of them pressing the button. In their case it will cost £33pm plus a £45 one off installation charge. Lets face it you can't put a price on peace of mind.
