At Core technical our Recruitment Consultants specialise in specific markets which means that they are consultative in their approach.

We are currently recruiting Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly expanding, experienced and knowledgeable team in our Ely office.

You will work as part of an experienced team, adding value, developing and ultimately progressing within the company.

Your role will be to;
• Source, register and interview candidates
• Win and develop new business
• Maintain existing relationships with clients
• Ensure that all clients and candidates receive a world class service
• Regular communication with other members of the team
• Work to sales targets and deadlines in a fast paced environment

The Package
• Competitive basic salary
• Uncapped commission (1st year ote £30,000)
• 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
