Celebrating the positive impact of early years settings on families

We are keen to recognise and celebrate the role of early years settings in supporting families, whether that be signposting to relevant services, helping parents and carers to access additional support for their child when needed, or simply providing a kind, listening ear.

We would like to gather as many positive stories from parents and carers as possible about the ways in which their early years setting has supported them, and the impact this has had on their family, to potentially be shared at our annual conference.

Prior to this Zoe achieved a Foundation degree in Early Years, BA(Hons) in Education and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership and Management. Zoe's expertise are in Leadership and Management, Staff development, Early Years Practice, SENDCo and Ofsted training

Briony spent thirteen years setting up and leading a group of nurseries which secured outstanding Ofsted gradings. She sold the business to one of the largest chains in the country in 2022, after achieving multiple market leading offers. Briony's expertise is in HR, Finance, and Early Years Funding.
