A major difference in a Slack chat and a Voxer chat is the fact that the Voxer chat is a push-to-talk app, while Slack is a chat app. The Voxer chat will only accept voice messages every five seconds, while Slack will accept any messages sent. The Voxer chat also has a different type of interface than Slack does, so the users will find themselves having to learn a new way to work with the app.

There is also a difference in the social media. Slack is an app that is used for everyday workplace communication and collaboration, while Voxer is an app that is mainly used for communicating with people that you meet in person and then continue to communicate with afterwards.

So which would you choose?

Behind every great entrepreneur is a vision. It is not about who has the most money, but the person with the right vision. For example, Mark Zuckerberg is a successful entrepreneur who had a vision for a social media website. He is now a billionaire, but if he had a different vision, he would not be that successful of an entrepreneur. It is important to know that no one can do your job better than you can, so it is important to follow the person with the vision and not the money.

He says that the first step is to come up with a vision that is worth dying for. This is a picture of a life-changing goal that keeps a person going. The next step is to have an individual, setting the vision, and a group, going for it. The third step is to have a leader who understands that there is a great deal.

Over a 5-week period, we're giving you 5 tips on how to increase your productivity.

WEEK 1 - Can this task be eliminated?

When considering whether a task can be eliminated, it is important to note of the productivity of the task. Productivity is defined as how much the task contributes to the goal of the company. For example, if a company's mission is to make a profit, then a task which does not bring in a profit would not be considered productive. Some tasks that may be seen as unproductive are tasks that only serve a singular purpose that is time-consuming and expensive, or tasks that are not needed by the company to fulfill its goals. For example, if the company's goal is to sell widgets, then tasks that do not contribute to the goal of selling widgets would not be seen as productive.

"... you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something - your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life."
- Steve Jobs.

" Everyone has the power for greatness, not for fame, but greatness, because greatness is determined by service."
- Martin Luther King Jr.

" Unity is strength... when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved."
- Mattie Stepanek

There are many things that can get in the way of productivity in work.

Some of these things can be personal distractions, interruptions, time management, lack of motivation, lack of trust in oneself, lack of support in one's work, lack of preparation in work.

One solution to these problems is to set specific goals that are measurable in the workplace. This will help employees understand their specific objectives in certain work situations.

Another solution is to eliminate distractions when they are not needed. This includes things like social network sites, emails, phone calls, texts, etc.

One of the key questions I am often asked as an entrepreneur is how I find the time to complete all the business, family, and work-related tasks I have to accomplish each day.

The answer to this question typically depends on what kind of work we’re talking about; we’ve all got different ways to set and maintain boundaries and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. I like to prioritize the kind of work that gives me the most satisfaction and joy.

So many people I know feel frustrated by their work because it feels like they’re trapped. The dream of working from anywhere is common for most people nowadays.

Do You Skype or Zoom? There are many ways to communicate with others via the internet. One is using Skype, which is a video chat that can be used on computers, tablets, and phones. Another is Zoom, which is an app that is only on phones.

Zoom is an app that is known for its high quality. Both are great ways to stay in touch with friends or family when you are not in the same place they are. However, if you are looking for a more personal connection, Skype may be better because of the video chats. Some people find video chats to be more personal than an app like Zoom, which you can only use on your phone.

The golden rule for every businessman is this: Put yourself in your customer's place.

- Orison Swett Marden

To guarantee that your consumers have positive experiences across all channels, it is critical to consider your offerings from their perspective. The perception of your business by a consumer is frequently the difference between happy returning customers and those who are dissatisfied and so unlikely to use your services again.

According to reported statistics, 86 percent of customers quit interacting with a company owing to a negative transaction or service experience. This demonstrates the importance of getting it properly the first time.

Over a 5-week period, we've given you 5 tips on how to systemise your operations.

1) TRACK & IDENTIFY - start tracking your work with a time-tracker like Toggl or Clockify, This will allow you to identify the tasks that take up the most time

2) EXTRACT - You want to write down the steps of each of the tasks that take up the most time or that you don't enjoy doing, which will create a series of processes, to help speed up the ex*****on of these tasks and allow you to delegate them to your team or a Virtual Assistant (VA)

3) EVALUATE - We need to understand not just the process, but what makes it successful. Question which steps are vital, and understand what enables the successful ex*****on of that process.

4) RESULTS - Look at the Return on Investment (ROI) of any given task. Is it money-generating? Is it a £10/hr task or £100/h task? Understand which tasks are the most valuable for you to spend your time on

5) 80/20 - The most important step is to LEVERAGE your resources. Delegate, Automate or Eliminate tasks that are not valuable for you to work on. If you don't already have a Virtual Assistant (VA), it's time to get one

Once you've done all this, you've leveraged your resources and you now have the brain space you need to focus on what you love.
