AWT Security Solutions Ltd is expanding and looking for professional Door Supervisors to join one of our teams. This is part of a three person team.

📍 Location: Portsmouth area
🕒 Every Saturday Night 2000-Close. ( Min 5hrs)

🔐 Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and patrons
• Access control and ID checks
• Conflict management and de-escalation
• Crowd control and monitoring venue capacity
• Providing a visible and reassuring presence at venue
• Co ordinating with Control & Response Units

✅ Standard Requirements:
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player

Self Employed
£15 per hour
Paid weekly

Going above and beyond to support the clients by arranging shopping, taking vehicles for servicing and MOT and even getting them cleaned.
