It's been over a year in the making and it's interesting how my business has evolved and where I'm moving my business forward to help other small businesses.

I did it! I managed to set up and run my business for a whole year. I'm so proud of myself.

I can't believe how quickly it's gone by but I've really enjoyed the process even the hard days and I've learnt so much about myself along the way..

The business doesn't look at all how I thought it would a year ago but it's grown in a way that's organic and I'm happy with the direction its going.

I'm ready for year 2 and if you want to start your own journey and help your team on theirs then get in touch.

That miscommunication over boundaries and expectations at work might have started with you!

If you're not setting the boundaries and expectations together, upfront, then you might be training your co-workers to have different expectations to yours.

Make sure you clarify the what, when & how of a project before you start so you're all on the same page and avoid that tricky conversation.

If you want to avoid miscommunication and difficult conversations then you need to ensure you have been up front about your boundaries and expectations and clarify them with others.

It's that simple!

Switching off is not a bad thing and being quiet isn't a sign of impending doom.

Giving yourself time and space to focus on other projects and priorities and past times, allows your brain essential processing time to think about everything else.

It's a small gift you can do for yourself and the outcomes might suprise you.
