My work is to advise SMEs on business planning and strategy and work with the owner managers to help focus them on their business plan. I do this by working with the board/senior team, gaining agreement on what the goals are and the actions required to meet them and then helping the individuals be accountable for their part in the agreed plan. I also do mentoring and management training if needed and will suggest and implement recruitment if the team needs augmenting in anyway.
