Simply Sorted is designed for people whose job is looking after other people.

Some of you will know me as Michelle from MSVA.

Over time my work has grown far beyond “VA tasks”, and I realised the name didn’t really reflect what I actually do anymore.

So I’m really excited to properly introduce…

Simply Sorted

Simply Sorted is the part of your business you don’t have time (or headspace) to manage after a full day with clients. The bookings, the emails, the reminders, the chasing forms, updating your bookkeeping and the messages you meant to reply to but forgot.

I now work as an extension of your business — looking after the admin, client communication and organisation behind the scenes so you can focus on your actual work and switch off at the end of the day.

Honestly… who does she think she is? 🤷‍♀️

I hear it more than you’d think. Sometimes out loud, sometimes quietly in people’s heads.
So let’s answer it properly 👇

“Who does she think she is to do my bookkeeping?”
An AATQB-registered bookkeeper with over 6 years’ experience, fully recognised with Sage and Xero.
The kind who actually enjoys tidy numbers and reconciled accounts (yes, really).

“Who does she think she is to manage my emails and inbox?”
A former Executive Assistant to two CEOs for a decade, plus 5+ years as a VA.
I don’t just “check emails” - I protect your time, your headspace and your boundaries.

“Who does she think she is to proofread my forms, tenders, emails and draft campaigns?”
Someone who worked in the Civil Service, achieved top grades in English Language & Literature at GCSE and A-level, and happens to be a speed reader.

Someone who left university specialising in fashion events, then went on to work in a highly successful events business.
