🌟 Labour Day Spotlight: Rebecca Stokes – Workstack Manager at Trinity 👷♀️📊
This Labour Day, we’re celebrating the hardworking people who keep Trinity moving forward — and today, we’re shining a light on Rebecca Stokes.💡
With over 15 years on the West Midlands contract, Rebecca brings deep knowledge and experience to her role as Workstack Manager. She plays a vital part in helping Trinity meet both our Cadent Business Plan targets and HSE goals, while also leading data analysis efforts to ensure our designed works are fully accounted for. It’s challenging work — but Rebecca thrives on making a difference and seeing how her efforts contribute to our success.
What drives her? Providing for her family, of course — but also the satisfaction of seeing results and working as part of a dedicated team. Over the years, Rebecca has appreciated Trinity’s extra efforts to support staff through recognition, events, and the little things that make a big difference.
Outside the office, Rebecca enjoys baking, knitting, and parenting her energetic 3-year-old — while also planning a wedding this Month 💍.
