We’re so excited to tell you about our new venture 'Inn The Park' located in Abbey Mill (formerly River Cottage) in the middle of Wi******er's famous Abbey Gardens.
We’ll be launching as a stylish multilayered space incorporating Grill, Wine Room, Café & Bottle Shop!
Mark’s adventure with this beautiful ancient former Silk Mill began when he first viewed it over 10 years ago! It’s now a dream come true to re launch this incredible site and over the last few months we’ve been super busy beavering away behind the scenes working on a refurbishment of this historic building.
On the ground floor, we’re creating a fun, versatile family- friendly restaurant for breakfast, brunch and casual dining.
In evenings, things will move up a gear to include menus with meat, fish and local produce of the highest quality roasted on the open grill.
Upstairs, we’re creating a stylish new bar and decadent wine room featuring a restaurant and bottle shop.
There’ll not only be an incredible selection of wines but also the most delicious small plates menu featuring charcuterie, cheeses, home made terrines, artisan bread and much more.
There’ll be regular wine tasting nights and an exciting calendar of future events.
We’re introducing luscious fabrics, pops of colour and vintage lighting throughout to bring some joy and happiness into the park.
We cannot wait to open!
