🦠 Skylight clean 🦠

This tenant noticed the skylights to their property had started to look a bit dirty and mouldy and was worried about the health impacts the mould could cause.

Having been converted from an old hospital to residential flats, the age of the skylights were clear to see with wear and tear, paint flaking and a build up dust and mould.

EMS were able to get them cleaned back to original state leaving yet another happy customer 😁🙌🏼

🦠 Fungi growth to basement 🦠

EMS were called in by a returning commercial client to remove this not so pleasant looking fungi growth in the basement of their development.

The EMS team successfully carried out the works allowing for further investigations to find the root cause of the water ingress.

A recent job completed by EMS for a big commercial client.

A leak had caused mould growth all over the walls and behind the electrical components. This wasn’t a straight forward job due to access limitation behind cables and boxes meaning extra care was taken during the cleaning process.

Before and after photos from a job we completed.

This external wall was behind a built in wardrobe. Due to the wall not being insulated it caused excessive condensation resulting in the mould growth shown in the first photo.

The mould had started growing in the wardrobe raising alarm bells for the client, they contacted the EMS team and we were able to act swiftly and get the issue sorted within 48 hours.

EMS treated the wall as well as fogging the whole room, eliminating all live mould spores in the area.
