✨️WE NEVER KNOW WHERE TODAY'S DECISIONS WILL LEAD 🥰

Just over 13 years ago, I made an investment in me - (not a particularly big one although I did have to find the £200 first ☺️) and at the time had no idea on the huge return I would get back!

When I looked at this ready-made, flexible business opportunity, part of me thought it's too good to be true, followed by I don't think I would be able to do this BUT my gut feeling was this feels good - so as always, I went with my gut and I'm so glad I did!! 🤗

I honestly can't bear to think how my life would have looked if I'd said no but I know it would have meant less freedom to become myself, less choice on how I spent my time, less family time and so many less priceless memories with my boys. 🫂

Beyond grateful for this opportunity and all it's already given me and for the huge potential that lies ahead, and most importantly the opportunity to help others focus on what matters most, whatever that looks like for them. 🙌🏼

💥 SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE WHO LIFT YOU UP ✨️

So grateful that I said YES to joining our London project team (this is just a few of us).
In a world flooded with so much negativity, having a positive community to be a part of and working towards positive change is so rewarding. 🫶🏼

It's amazing how much can change in a year when you are focused on a shared goal with the right people. 🙌🏼
We still haven't even scraped the surface yet though - unbelievable how much opportunity there is there! 🤯

So much fun at our Summer of Success cocktail party on Friday night! 🥳

After qualifying for the first one last year, there was no way I was going to miss out on my invite!! 🎊

So blessed to get to work alongside the most passionate and caring company with the most amazing people! 🥰

completed! 🙌🏼 And once again, feeling amazing! 🥰

When I started it, I had been struggling to get out of bed in the mornings and getting up feeling tired, my food choices hadn't been too bad as overall, I'm now a pretty healthy eater (with regular treats! 😜) but I had really dipped with exercising! 🥴

Now, I'm sleeping so much better and waking up before the alarm! 🙌🏼 Feeling full of energy and focus, as well as lighter, both physically and mentally! 💪🏼 I've started moving more and feeling motivated to keep increasing that!! 😁

I love how this short programme makes such an amazing impact on our wellbeing in so many ways - so glad I discovered it as it's completely transformed my life over the years! 🫶🏼

I often get asked, what do you actually do?!

It's a tricky question to answer because there's so much variety in how I work but in a nutshell, I'm having conversations with people about how I might be able to help them...

💸 to earn extra money in a flexible way around their existing commitments

💪🏼to take better care of themselves and their family

🫂 to help the people around them improve their lives

Every week is different but this week, I've been working in London searching for people to help and sharing our amazing products with a central office, working locally with the team and making a couple of deliveries, working online chatting to people here in the UK and in Poland to see if I can help them, and networking at our local hospice's business breakfast meeting more lovely people.

Gently nudged to stretch my comfort zone again this week when I was unexpectedly asked to present part of our company presentation on the spot.

Even just 6 months ago, this would have petrified me and my 1st thought would have been I can't... I haven't prepared! And I would have probably chickened out!! 🤭

But today's me jumped at the chance, breezed through it and loved it! 🙌🏼

Love the personal growth journey this business is taking me on - and love helping others along their journey with us even more! 🫶🏼
