We found ourselves back at this stunning property for all the wrong reasons.
Following completion of the ewi render system, landscaping works were carried out around the property, leaving adhesive splash marks across sections of the façade that simply could not be removed without compromising the finish.
The solution was to apply a fine skin of PRB Silocryl in the elegant colour Blanc de la Côte, restoring the façade to its original pristine appearance and ensuring a flawless, uniform finish throughout.
This home is a perfect example of how a premium render system can elevate architectural design. The combination of striking gables, deep architectural reveals, decorative bands, elegant archways and ashlar lines create a timeless, high-end aesthetic that demands a finish to match.
Using a combination of PRB Monocouche Thermolook and PRB Thin Coat Render systems, every element of the design has been enhanced with crisp detailing, exceptional durability and a beautifully refined texture. The soft off-white tone complements the natural stone cills, dark aluminium windows and slate roof, creating a sophisticated contrast that highlights every architectural feature.
A small remedial visit, but the opportunity to admire once again a truly exceptional home.
