Designed for all fitness levels and padel abilities (including total beginners), each monthly meetup combines relaxed business networking over coffee and croissants with a friendly, inclusive padel session.

Expect a warm welcome, coaching tips, mixed-doubles games, and plenty of laughter, plus a few fun prizes. No pressure, no pitch-fests, just real conversations, great energy, and quality time with like-minded professionals.

Meet the founders of Padel Partners Networking

First up with have our Finance Director: Debbie Bailey (). Who is still in the process of changing her name after getting married a few months ago.

Debbie keeps us focussed on profit, growth and future income, while growing our business across the UK.

She also heads up the Southampton event, which runs on the second Thursday of each month.

Debbie runs her own business focussing on supporting businesses to be profit-led, so they can give a life of passion and purpose.

She enjoys the wellbeing life - working with gyms, fitness consultants, wellbeing brands and sports businesses. She enjoys ice baths (crazy!), wild swimming, running, lifting weights and has recently started to explore meditation and breath work.

Have you tried an ice bath? Personally we would prefer to play padel 😂

: 🎾 What is Padel Americano? 🎾
It's the ultimate fun & social padel tournament format! You play in pairs, but compete as individuals to collect the most points.

The Golden Rules:
Change Partners: You get a new partner every match! 🤝
Every Point Counts: Matches are played to a set number of points, or for a fixed time. If you win 16-8, you keep those points! 🔢
Short & Sweet: No sets, no games. Just fast, fun matches (approx. 8–15 mins) ⏱️
How to Win: When everyone has played with/against everyone else, or the time’s up, the player with the highest total points wins! 🏆
