We recently asked our clients and their family members for feedback on our Home Help Service. This is helpful to enable us to find out what we are doing well and where we can improve. We were delighted to receive some lovely comments and will be sharing them over the coming weeks.

Caring for friends and family with dementia can be overwhelming, and we hear time and time again that carers are left to cope with the condition alone. 💙

We are pleased to offer FREE Dementia Friends Training in Ulverston on Wednesday 27th August 3pm - 4.30pm. Venue is at The View, Ulverston Leisure Centre Priory Road, Ulverston (Tennis Centre site). Tea, coffee and scones will be available throughout the session. Do you or your family member need assistance from a Home Help? We assist older adults to thrive in their own homes and in the community. We also offer support to carers as we can enable them to have regular breaks.

We currently have availability for a 2 or 3 hour visit on a Tuesday morning. We also have some limited availability for late afternoon/early evening companionship/welfare visits.
