I came home from a weekend away to find 2 Gift of the Year awards waiting for me!
It really was a lovely feeling to see these awards in real life, and they will now take pride of place.
Initially I hadn’t actually realised the “Highly Commended” products were also given awards as well as the winners of the categories, and it really is a great feeling.
If you are thinking of entering a product of your own, just go for it! I have found it a wonderful experience.
I didn’t have any idea if I’d even be shortlisted, and I was so proud to make it to the final in 2 categories of the 3 I entered, and ultimately receive Highly Commended in both.
Entering The Gift of the Year has really helped my business grow too.
Even if you are not yet able to do trade shows with your business, if you are shortlisted they are shown at some great shows so you get some great exposure.
