6 months ago i destroyed my knee after a colision with a much younger knee in basketball practice. Its been a long road allready but so happy to have bike all set up 😎 Surgery date just came through 1.04.19 its in the books. Lets get this 🤞💪

2011 throwback to a s.e group trial. Great memories of riding around with .fry300 all day. Aiming for a comeback one day soon after my knee is fixed and hope ro catch up with some riding buddies.

Still this one is now a better spare at least 👌
