🌡️ Extreme Heat: Is Your Business Prepared?

With temperatures rising, now is the time for employers to review how they’re protecting their workforce.

A few simple steps can help reduce the risk of heat-related illness:
✔️ Review your workplace risk assessment
✔️ Provide access to drinking water
✔️ Allow additional rest breaks where needed
✔️ Consider adjusting working hours where practical
✔️ Ensure work areas are well ventilated
✔️ Watch for the signs of heat exhaustion and heatstroke
