️⃣ It is regrettably ‘normal’ to experience in our lives at some point, be it relationships, leadership, or a work culture
️⃣ It’s not necessarily what grade we achieve, how powerful, or wealthy we become in life that matters, but the people whose lives we positively impact along the way
️⃣ Our personal values provide us with the handrail to navigate life’s challenges
️⃣ We are all unique and have our own strengths and developmental needs. Stop comparing yourself unfavourably to others and aspire to be the best version of you
️⃣ Never stop learning
️⃣ Hold senior executives to account and never shy from challenging unfairness, immorality, or unethical behaviour
️⃣ Learn to laugh at yourself and demonstrate , , and
