We have an excellent reputation within our industry and receive repeat business on a regular basis from our extensive client base.
Office based. In normal times our office environment is busy, professional but relatively informal.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated Administrative Coordinator to provide support to the technical team. Main tasks include being the first point of contact for client enquiries, the production of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and distribution of air leakage tests. This is a very busy, varied role that would suit candidates who thrive under pressure and enjoy working as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be a team player with an exceptional ability to multi-task and manage a busy and time-critical schedule of work. Good attention to detail is essential as the role requires a high degree of accuracy and organisational skills. As the first point of contact for many of our clients it is essential that you portray yourself as professional and friendly over the phone and via e-mail.
Job Responsibilities:
• Main point of contact for calls, re-directing to appropriate team members where necessary
• Requesting technical information and confirmations from client technical departments
• Lodgment and issue of EPCs
• Uploading documents to client on-line portals
• liaising with air tightness testing engineers
• General administrative support to the technical team and company directors.
Ongoing training will be provided but candidates must: -
• Be computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office
• Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and able to maintain a positive, professional attitude when under pressure
• Have an exceptional ability to multi-task
• Be able to self-manage a busy and time-critical schedule of work
• Be able to input data efficiently and with a high level of accuracy
• Be a strong team player
• Experience of the construction or similar sector would be an advantage, but is not essential
Contract: Full time, permanent position - a six-month probation period applies.

You, your family & loved ones are invited to the Rowntree RUFC “Family Fun Day” on the 30th of July 2022!

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to train towards becoming an on-construction domestic energy assessor to join our technical team. The successful candidate will receive in house and external training on;

• The modelling of domestic properties in SAP 2012 and SAP 10

• Reading specifications

• Measuring from PDF and CAD drawings

• Modelling in Sketch-Up;

• Undertaking u-value calculations;

• Generating Energy Performance Certificates

The successful candidate will be a team player with an exceptional ability to multi-task and manage a busy and time critical schedule of work.
