The wine was created from the 2020 harvest by mixing two grape varieties: “Bazaleturi Tsolikouri” and “Kabiston”. The vineyard is cultivated only with biological means and several times with high-quality Bordeaux solution. Only manual labor is used. The vineyard is planted on a small area, the yield ranges from 350 to 400 kilograms. Accordingly, we also produce wine in small quantities and sell even less. We can say that our wines are exclusive. The wine is stored in a special glass vessel and is purified only naturally, so in some cases a small sediment may remain in the bottle.

ღვინო შექმნილია 2020 წლის მოსავლისაგან, ორი ჯიშის ყურძნის შერევით: "ბაზალეთური ცოლიკოური" და "კაბისტონი". ვენახი მუშავდება მხოლოდ ბიოლოგიური საშუალებებით, შიგადაშიგ ხარისხიანი ბორდოს ხსნარით. გამოიყენება მხოლოდ ხელით შრომა. ვენახი მცირე ფართობზეა გაშენებული, მოსავალი მერყეობს 350 დან 400 კილოგრამამდე. შესაბამისად ღვინოსაც ვაწარმოებთ მცირე რაოდენობით, ასევე გაყიდვაში ვუშვებთ კიდევ უფრო მცირე რაოდენობას. შეიძლება ითქვას ჩვენი ღვინოები ექსკლუზიურია. ღვინო ინახება სპეციალურ შუშის ჭურჭელში, იწმინდება მხოლოდ ბუნებრივი გზით, ამიტომ რიგ შემთხვევებში შესაძლებელია ბოთლში მცირე ნალექის არსებობა.
