📢 საქართველოს დამოუკიდებელი პროფესიული კავშირების კონფედერაციამ მიმართა საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოს და მოითხოვა ღირსების შემლახავი მინიმალური ხელფასის დამდგენი კანონმდებლობის არაკონსტიტუციურად ცნობა.
დღემდე კანონმდებლობით მოქმედი მინიმალური ხელფასი 20 ლარს წარმოადგენს, რაც რეალურ სოციალურ და ეკონომიკურ პირობებს არ შეესაბამება და ვერ უზრუნველყოფს დასაქმებულთა ღირსეულ შრომით პირობებსა და ცხოვრების სათანადო დონეს. ჩვენ მიგვაჩნია რომ ღირსეული მინიმალური ხელფასი საშუალო ხელფასის გარკვეულ წილით უნდა იყოს განსაზღვრული.
საკონსტიტუციო სარჩელის მიზანია, სახელმწიფომ უზრუნველყოს კონსტიტუციით აღიარებული სოციალური უფლებების ეფექტიანი დაცვა და შეიქმნას სამართლებრივი საფუძველი მინიმალური ხელფასის სამართლიანი და თანამედროვე სტანდარტების შესაბამისად განსაზღვრისთვის.

📢 CITU (The Independent Trade Unions Confederation) has filed a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court, demanding that the legislation establishing the country's degrading minimum wage be declared unconstitutional.
The statutory minimum wage of 20 GEL (8$) currently in effect fails to reflect real social and economic conditions, and completely falls short on ensuring decent working conditions and an adequate standard of living for employees. We believe that a decent minimum wage should be defined as a specific percentage of the average wage.
The purpose of the constitutional complaint is to ensure that the state provides effective protection of constitutionally recognized social rights, thereby creating a legal basis for defining a fair in line with modern minimum standards.
