The Human Resources Manager – Employee Relations and Compliance will focus on working closely to the Human Resources Supervisor – Employee Relations, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), and other priorities of Fair Trade Outsourcing (FTO).

This role will function as a support to all internal and external queries and on specific areas of but not limited to employee and labor relations, policy making, and implementation of company procedures, rules and regulations enshrined in Fair Trade Outsourcing’s Company Handbook and Code of Conduct with the primordial goal to further the welfare of the employees and guide and support the management and its duly authorized representatives.

🌟 What You'll Do: As our Facility & Admin Officer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient workplace. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Generally, oversee and ensure that the facility is always in its optimal condition for work.
+ Develop a routine maintenance schedule for the facility in all relevant areas.
+ Conduct periodic investigation and troubleshooting to determine the state of gadgets.
+ Recommend workplace safety procedures regarding the usage of gadgets and develop safety.

+ Be the main liaison between the FTO and the NiBs Facility Manager
+ Repair broken gadgets and recommended replacement if necessary.
+ Be on 24/7 call in cases of emergency.

+ Soft understanding and hard service delivery.
+ Supervise the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas.
