Study and Show Yourself Approve
We study to acquire new skills and knowledge either on the job or for future jobs. The more we study new things the more we become better on the job.
People, who do not study, hold on to the same old methods of doing things. Learning a new thing will help you to do a new thing in different ways. You may agree with me that, not all the time you are busy at work. Sometimes you may have free time but what do you use that free time for? Do you use it to watch videos or chat or listen to music? Every day at work you must make good use of your time to make yourself profitable at work through learning. When you learn a new thing and show yourself approved, if there is an opportunity, you will be the first person to contact. Learning is good and is also one of the employability skills that employers look out for.
My piece of advice is that use your free time to study or learn a new skill. Learn about anything relating to your career or position and your future ambitions. You can look for a mentor or colleague to coach you on something you wanted to learn. Do anything you can to develop your personal skills.
