1. Operations Officer:
Are you an experienced operations professional? Join us as an Operations Officer, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Management
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an operations officer or in a similar role.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency in back-office data entry and approvals.
2. Customer Service Officer:
If you excel in providing exceptional customer support and have excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply for the role of Customer Service Officer. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Be part of our team and make a difference!
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/English or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Experience in implementing creative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively engage them.
- Proficient in gauging customer feedback.
3. Receptionist:
We are in search of a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are organized and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
4. Technical Machine Operator:
Do you have technical expertise and the ability to operate and maintain specialized machinery? Join us as a Technical Machine Operator, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues are essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Physical stamina and strength.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations.
