There is a rule that I have learnt from experience: Never do or refrain from doing something(action or inaction) because you are concerned about what people might think about you. The fact is that nobody is even thinking about you at all.
Therefore take and implement that decision, chase that dream, take the first step... and the rest will follow. Go against what make you comfortable and you will see that it is worth it. Because if you don't achieve it, you will learn from it and do it better next time.

FIND A MENTOR
Most successful people have mentors at different stages of their lives. A person whom we know and who knows us and helps us on a regular basis often determines our successes in life. The right mentors at the right times can save us from countless mistakes and years of hard work.
At each stage of our lives we can benefit from the advice and experience of someone who is further along the path than us.The people who are there to give us guidance and advice as we grow up and go into business at various levels will affect our lives dramatically. This type of relationship have a major impact on our successes as well.
We may have more than one mentor at the same time, and we may have sequential mentors.This means that as one mentor serves his or her purpose in guiding us, and we evolve and grow in our careers, it will often be time to move on to another mentor who is even further along than our first mentors.

☆ You've to create your own Brand statement and you need to be known for that statement.

☆ That statement shouldn't reflect your personal mission and remember, this statement shouldn't be your title too.

☆ These few lines are not only your Brand statement but also act as a solution to the given challenges.

Here is a typical template to use in your brand statement:
