On May 13 in Kumasi, we organized the AGAM National Dialogue on Local Procurement- Garment, Apparel and Textile. The Kumasi conversation pushed forward the call on government to source the country's apparel needs from local producers. AVID Communications Organized a National Dialogue for the Association of Ghana Apparel Manufacturers (AGAM). Our assignment included Event Planning, Media Relations, Event Communications material design and Photography and Video Production. AGAM is pushing for increased local procurement of made in Ghana apparel for job creation and economic development. Ghana spends over USD 200 million annually on garment imports, while local factories currently operate below 40% capacity due to inadequate orders.

Political Party Relations: On December 5 2024, we Communications facilitated a Pre- election meeting between some of Ghana's 2024 presidential candidates and the African Union election Observer Mission. The engagement provided the AU the opportunity to know at first hand concerns of the presidential candidates mowing into the elections.

Today We AVID Communications Organized the GIPC-ILO CEOs Breakfast Meeting on the Multinational Enterprises Declaration. The ILO MNE Declaration provides practical guidance based on international labour standards for national and multinational enterprises to promote responsible and sustainable practices for achieving decent work.
AVID Communications was the official events coordinator and communications service provider for this event. Our assignment included but not limited to PR, Brand Material Design Live Streaming and Media Relations.
