So, you see my sister think twice before giving attitudes to any man because out of the 2.2 Billion men:

> One billion are married already.

>130,000 are in the prison.

>70,000 are mentally ill.

That means that we have just 1 billion men available for marriage and out of the
1 billion:

>50% are jobless
>10% are gay
>7% are Catholic Priests
>15% are your relatives
>35% are above 66years

So, ladies both the married and singles, you have to rethink before treating any man like a trash.

However this does not in any way empower or give any man the right to misbehave,it will not be tolerated. God said it's not good that MAN should leave alone and created women for them as helpers and managers, so men actually need women more, that's why a man can die , and 36years later, his widow is still alive and kicking...so as much as we need our men so do the men need us.

1) Buyer and seller sign this sales and purchase agreement and deposit same at their different bank for payment of this transaction.

2a) Buyer return signed contract with Copy of {INDEMNITY/PENALTY} , Thru-Put Agreement {Tank Farm Agreement) plus the Manager's Name and Telephone Number}, NOR Format and Corporate Undertaken.

2b) Seller release fiduciary Nominated Account and Buyer issue {N1b Bank Endorsed Cheque} to seller nominated Account details Confirmation bank to bank

3) SELLER. confirm all the above and instruct the captain to issue a MNOR/ETA to the Tank Farm which shall be acknowledged by the Tank Farm manager.

4) Buyer's Super Cargo and Inspector shall board the vessel at the Jetty where they will confirm product and the Inspector take samples for QnQ test analysis.

5) Upon Product confirmation and successful Q&Q, the Seller issue a Commercial Invoice to receive 50% of the Total Cost of cargo before pumping.

6) 72 hrs After pumping of the entire product, buyer shall pay seller and all agent/ facilitators as per signed contract.

8) Seller issues documents in Buyer name and hand over these documents to Buyer through his bank account officer.

10) Transaction close.

PHYSICAL MEETING TRANSACTION PROCEDURE FOR AGO TTT/LAGOS WATERS*

*OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE – CALL AND LOAD ON BLCO LAGOS WATER.*

1. Seller sends SPA, buyer signs and returns with full valid vessel details and SSB With ATL

2. Seller confirms vessel details and instructs the captain of loaded vessel to open communication with buyer’s vessel.

3. Both vessels move to the agreed STS point. Buyer and seller must be together at the same place. Buyer and seller VESSELs longside and tie up. Buyer captain or supercargo crosses over and confirm cargo in seller’s vessel.

4. Upon TIEUP buyer pays security Fee of before we commence test run of 5K Mt.

5. Seller Captain pumps a test run of 5,000mts and buyer pay and also pay security fee. Seller pump and buyer pay per product pumped into his vessel

6. Upon completion of the total cargo transshipment, buyer pay all the facilitators Agents involved in the transaction.
