Daddy,

Father’s Day isn’t the same without you. But even though you’re not here, your presence is still strong — in my choices, in my values, and in the way I see the world.

You were more than a father. You were a force. You stood tall for what you believed in, and you never backed down from doing what was right. You pushed us to be better, to think bigger, to never settle. And somehow, through all your strength and discipline, you still made room for love and always there when it mattered most.

Thank you for everything. I’ll carry your name with pride, always.

Happy Father’s Day, Daddy.
Love always ❤️

Today marks the 15th remembrance of the passing of Major Courage Emmanuel Kobla Quashigah (Rtd), a soldier, statesman, and servant. From Kedzi to Sandhurst, his journey was one of courage and determination, leaving a lasting impact on the military, agriculture and health sectors as a minister. His legacy of determination, humour, and dedication continues to guide us in leadership and love for our country.

Dad, your courage and influence live on. Rest well, knowing you left us a powerful blueprint for service and sacrifice.

Yesterday, I had the honour of joining Prof. Nana Aba Appiah Amfo, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana, as a Co-Chair at the Annual Harvest of the Methodist Church, Ghana, Ebenezer Congregation in Tema Community 20. It was a truly inspiring event centered around the theme, "I will not give sleep to my eyes or slumber to my eyelids until I find a place for the Lord, a dwelling place for the Mighty One of Jacob." In my closing remarks, I emphasized the importance of Wealth Creation: “As a believer and an International Business Consultant, I have seen world development of different kinds and I can say that wealth creation in those countries is not contrary to spirituality.”

A special thank you to Dr. George Agyekum Donkor, President of the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID), for leading the Harvest Planning Committee in achieving their target.

Together, let us strive to build a prosperous future while remaining rooted in our faith.

With a background in International Business Consultancy, the following significant developments in Ghana make it an attractive investment destination:

a. RAILWAY PROJECTS
Ghana is transforming its rail sector with the commissioning of the 97-kilometer Tema-Mpakadan railway line and the introduction of two modern passenger trains. This is part of a broader 4,000-kilometer rail line construction plan, aimed at enhancing transportation efficiency and socio-economic development. The project, which includes a 300-meter rail bridge over the Volta Lake, is a significant engineering achievement as well.

b. ELECTRIC BUSES
The government is introducing 100 electric buses in major cities such as Accra, Kumasi, and Takoradi, improving public transport and reducing carbon emissions. These buses will be integrated with a digital payment system, enhancing efficiency, comfort, and safety. This initiative is part of Ghana’s broader plan to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable energy solutions in the transport sector.

c. URBAN DEVELOPMENT
Projects like the Flower Port flyover are designed to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion in key areas such as Spintex, East Legon, Adenta, Madina, and the Tema enclaves. The Flower Port Interchange, featuring an 802-meter dual carriageway viaduct, aims to ease traffic congestion on the north and south corridors of the Tema Motorway, enhancing connectivity and improving travel times for commuters.

Ghana’s ambitious infrastructure projects, modern public transport initiatives, and sustainability efforts make it an ideal investment destination. I encourage you, as an investor, to seize these opportunities and be part of Ghana’s transformative journey.

I had a fantastic time participating in the “meet-and-greet” campaign drive within the Dome-Kwabenya Constituency yesterday, supporting our Parliamentary Candidate, Amb Mike Oquaye Jnr, as we engage with the community and rallied for votes ahead of the 2024 Elections.

CELEBRATING 50 GHANAIAN FEMALE FINANCE LEADERS 2024

Dear Distinguished Female Finance Leaders,

What a remarkable milestone to witness 50 extraordinary women who have not merely broken the glass ceiling but have redefined excellence in Ghana's financial sector! Your journeys from the trading floors to the boardrooms have illuminated paths for countless young women who once thought the finance sector was beyond their reach.

Each of you brings unique brilliance to your roles - whether steering our banks through turbulent times, transforming our investment landscape, or revolutionizing financial technology. Your resilience in a traditionally male-dominated field speaks volumes about your character and competence.

Beyond your professional achievements, you've shown that success need not come at the cost of our cultural values. You've masterfully balanced boardroom decisions with community impact, proving that profitable enterprises can transform lives.

To see you lead major financial institutions, guide critical economic decisions, and mentor the next generation fills me with immense pride. Your success is Ghana's success - when women thrive, Ghana prospers.

As we celebrate this golden milestone, know that your impact stretches beyond balance sheets and profit margins. You've become living proof that with determination, excellence knows no gender.

May your light shine brighter, illuminating the path for more women to follow. Here's to five decades of breaking barriers and countless more to come!
Ayekoo!
