From 2017 to 2025, K.E.N. has made significant measurable impact across Ghana and beyond. The organization has successfully equipped over 12,000 church leaders, pastors, and professionals through missions, conferences, workshops, seminars, coaching sessions, and specialized training programmes. K.E.N. has directly reached more than 700 churches and ministries, helping them strengthen governance structures, leadership systems, policy development, strategic planning, and ministry effectiveness.
Beyond the church space, K.E.N. has also extended its influence into wider society by serving over 100 businesses and private institutions, 42 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and 109 academic institutions, demonstrating its commitment to values-based leadership across all sectors. In addition, K.E.N. has built a robust ecosystem of collaboration through partnerships with 45 churches, sponsors, and strategic allies, enabling broader outreach and programme sustainability.
K.E.N.’s thought leadership platform has further been enriched through the engagement of approximately 150 distinguished speakers, facilitators, consultants, clergy, and experts who have contributed to its various programmes and forums. These engagements have positioned K.E.N. as a respected convening platform for governance dialogue, leadership development, ethics promotion, and church transformation.
