DEVELOPING TALENT, STRENGTHENING OUR FUTURE: HEATH GOLDFIELDS’ MANAGEMENT ENGAGES NATIONAL SERVICE PERSONNEL 

Management of Heath Goldfields LTD has engaged the Company’s 2025/2026 National Service Personnel in an interactive session focused on their experiences, professional development and contributions to operational improvement. 

The engagement provided a valuable platform for the personnel to share their observations and recommendations while receiving guidance and encouragement from Management. 

Speaking at the session, the Managing Director, Ing. Patrick Appiah Mensah, stated: 

“Your national service journey is an opportunity to learn, contribute and build the foundation for your future. Remain curious, embrace every challenge and pursue excellence because the growth of our people is central to the growth of Heath Goldfields.” 

The session reaffirmed the Company’s commitment to nurturing young talent, encouraging open communication and developing the next generation of industry professionals.

Heath Goldfields LTD is proud have participated in the Mining for Development Forum, organized by the Ghana Chamber of Mines under the theme, "Strategic Mining: Value Retention and Development."

Representing the company were Miriam Azu, Head, Legal & Compliance, Mary Adwoa Boadi Appiah, Head, Corporate Affairs & Communications and Harriet Senior Akrasi, Corporate Affairs Officer. They joined industry leaders, policymakers, Nananom and stakeholders to explore practical strategies for maximizing value from Ghana's mineral resources and advancing sustainable national development.

Speaking during the session, the Managing Director, Patrick Appiah Mensah emphasized the importance of culture change and mindset transformation in the Company's journey of revival:

Heath Goldfields LTD commemorated World Environment Day 2026 by bringing together students from Prestech, Hunivass and St. Augustine's SHS for an engaging environmental quiz competition.

The event showcased the knowledge, enthusiasm and creativity of these young minds as they explored important environmental and sustainability issues. We are proud to support initiatives that inspire the next generation to become informed and responsible stewards of our environment.
