Job Title: Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Sales Executive to join our clients’ team. Our Client is a reputable and fast-growing organization within the technical training space. The company operates a performance-driven and growth-oriented culture that values discipline, accountability, continuous learning, and teamwork.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to contribute to business growth by driving client acquisition and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Present and promote the company’s services to individuals and corporate clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer data using Zoho CRM
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Provide regular updates, reports, and market insights to management
Requirements
• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Excellent time management and self-discipline
• Target-driven, proactive, and professional attitude
