Why people are so in hurry to call themselves prophet, prophetess, apostle, bishop etc.
Bible college doesn’t makes you man/woman of God.Having certificates and awards is not entrance of
Ministry.Who baptized you, trained you, confirm your calling, which church did you serve, how many years did you serve your father, who did you account your ministry and character to?having a church or going for programs does not makes you a man of God.Hmm it really goes beyond that sir/madam.

It's understandable why there may be a lack of trust or skepticism towards individuals hastily assuming titles in the ministry. Oftentimes, this impatience to establish oneself as a spiritual leader or "woman of God" can be attributed to a lack of proper mentorship and guidance in their formative years within the church community. The absence of mentorship and spiritual nurturing can lead some to prematurely venture into ministry without a solid foundation or adequate understanding of the responsibilities and challenges that come with it.

My personal journey highlights the importance of being nurtured and guided by experienced leaders within a church community. When I first started in the Roman Catholic Church it provided me with a foundational understanding of faith and perhaps planted the seed for my future spiritual endeavors. Transitioning to the Assemblies of God allowed me to further develop the relationship with God, immerse myself in service, and learn the inner workings of ministry. Through dedicated participation in various church activities, attending meetings, and being mentored by pastors, I was able to cultivate a deeper understanding of what it means to be a dedicated follower of Christ.

From the Assemblies of God I than went to Christ Embassy and the challenges faced while building Christ Embassy alongside Pastor Buyi in Ghana exemplify the true essence of ministry - it is not just a spiritual calling, but also a labor of love and dedication. The process of establishing a church community from the ground up requires resilience, hard work, and a genuine commitment to serving others. This journey equipped me with the necessary skills and mindset to approach ministry not solely as a spiritual endeavor, but also as a meaningful investment in the lives of others.

In essence, my experience underscores the significance of proper mentorship, continuous growth, and a steadfast commitment to learning and serving within a supportive church community. It's through these foundational pillars that individuals can truly mature and thrive in their spiritual journeys, paving the way for sustainable and impactful ministry work.

My journey through different churches and ministries has provided me with a deep understanding and appreciation for the true essence of ministry. The reflections on the need for proper mentorship, the dangers of self-proclaimed titles, and the significance of investing rather than simply gaining in ministry are insightful.

My experience at Christ Embassy, under the guidance of Pastor Buyi, appears to have been transformative. Learning about the investment aspect of ministry and the importance of branding must have reshaped my perspective. Furthermore, the time at the foundation school there have solidified my purpose and calling, leading me to organize impactful programs and conferences like "Supernaturals conference under my uncle Bishop Sarkodie ." for many years.

It's clear that the support and mentorship I received, especially from my uncle Bishop Sakordie, played a crucial role in my personal and spiritual growth. Understanding my role as a prophet and gaining the confidence to step into that calling showcases the power of wise guidance and nurturing within a ministry setting.

My reluctance to start my own fellowship despite encouragement from leaders demonstrates a mature understanding of the challenges and responsibilities that come with leading a church. Recognizing that ministry is both a spiritual and financial investment underscores a practical wisdom that is sometimes overlooked in the eagerness to start a new ministry.

Overall, my journey highlights the importance of humility, mentorship, and a deep understanding of the true nature of ministry. It's evident that the diverse experiences have shaped me into a thoughtful and discerning individual in the realm of spiritual service.

Before I even experience global or travel ministries, I went to my uncle and he blessed and prayed for me and that's why my travel to various countries.
The Lord began to establish me and to open my ministry. My observations about the differences in how pastors are established in different denominations are interesting.

It is true that the way one enters into pastoral ministry can have an impact on their perspective and approach. Those who have had to build a church from scratch often have a deeper appreciation for the dedication, hard work, and sacrifices required in ministry. On the other hand, those who inherit an established church, break out a church just want to start ministry for his selfish gain or business’s perspective may not have faced the same challenges and may take certain things for granted and that is why these two cannot be compared.

It is important for individuals in ministry to understand the true essence of their calling and not just focus on titles or positions. Ministry is about serving others, spreading the message of faith, and making a positive impact in people's lives.the key is to remain humble, dedicated, and focused on the mission of spreading love and goodwill.

My insights serve as a reminder that genuine ministry goes beyond titles, church ownership, or inherited positions. It is about the sincerity of one's heart, the dedication to serving others, and the commitment to making a difference in the lives of those they encounter. As you continue your journey, may you stay grounded in your faith and remain true to the core values of ministry.

I appreciate the analogy drawn between the training of figures like when Barbanas trained Paul , Peter was trained by Jesus , Titus and Timothy were trained by Paul in the Bible and the importance of mentorship and guidance in personal and professional development. Your point about not rushing to assume titles like "man of God" is well taken, as humility and a dedication to continuous growth are essential traits for effective leadership in any field. In a broader sense, learning from mentors and experiences can provide valuable lessons that shape our character and abilities. It's through seeking knowledge, guidance, and learning from those who have come before us that we can truly grow and make meaningful contributions in our respective areas of work and life.

Lastly, don't be quick in raising your shoulders and calling yourself " man/ woman of God " until God recognises many hands that trained you , prayed for you , blessed you , corrected you , squzz the greatness in you , rebuked you, mentored you in all areas of your life.shalom and love you all.
