We are building a serious MSME support and advisory firm in Northern Ghana.
🎯 Position Summary
We are looking for dedicated, disciplined and growth-minded graduates (Degree or HND) who are willing to grow with a startup organization.
This role is ideal for someone who:
1. Wants hands-on business exposure
2. Is ambitious and entrepreneurial
3. Is not afraid of fieldwork
4. Wants leadership opportunities in the near future
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct MSME Business Diagnostic interviews
- Assist businesses with registration and compliance
3. Collect and review business records
4. Prepare basic reports using provided templates
5. Market our services to MSMEs
6. Identify potential clients in markets and communities
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports
🎓 Requirements
- Minimum: HND or Bachelor’s Degree
- Background in Business, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Confident speaking to business owners
- Ability to work independently
- Must own a smartphone
- Must be disciplined and ethical

💰 Commission Structure
- Registration Client: Commission per client
- Diagnostic Service Sold: Commission per client
- Loan Support Client: Percentage commission
