It is with great excitement that on my 39th birthday today May 20th, 2022 that I introduce to you NECAFI. It stands for Njai's Excellent Customer Services For African Industries. It is the first consultancy business in The Gambia that is strictly specialized in training employees on Customer Service. We will also train mystery shoppers to go into businesses and do assessments on acknowledgments, product knowledge, and impressions customers have.
The vision is to reach out to all African Industries striving to transform customer services into a fundamental right. Having a great experience will embolden businesses and customers, to raise the bar in delivering excellent customer satisfaction. We want to focus on interactive roles from the customer to the staff, from first impression, to offering sales, and surveys that would prepare any business on how to elevate customer satisfaction. This would eventually show positive results that could possibly increase sales, and improve on marketing needs to better serve the customer.
I take this opportunity to thank my wife Amie J Njai & family for their support. Thanks to great mentors like Mr Mustapha Njie, and having a great team at TAF Africa Global, that have created an environment of acceptance for us to explore and deliver to our full potentials. Thanks to my General Manager Ya Bajen Njie for her leadership , and support as well. Thanks to my Sales Manager Mr Modoulamin Ceesay, and coworker Pa Modou Secka for their words of encouragement. Being able to be part of those transforming Gambia into a developed society through housing, and also being able to offer services to train employees is a dream come true. It's a blessing to know that our dreams are supported, and we as Gambians can . Speaking about supporting our own, we can reach out to Pastor Forbes at the Forbes Academy for public speaking classes. Pa Sulayman Jobe for website development, and my sister Fatou Iman Njai at Fatiman & Co for Public Relations & Marketing.
I know my mum Aja Sainabou Drammeh Njai is not here to see this day, but she was super proud of me, and didn't hide her feelings. I pray that Allah grants her the heavens, and may she continue to Rest In Peace! Thanks to my dad Alahgie Alieu Momarr Njai for his blessings, and I pray that Allah continues to grant him great health! Above all, I thank God for giving us the opportunity to better ourselves, and serve our people.
Making sure that we change the narrative of poor customer services in Africa to excellent services is personal to me. We need to make sure that employees are getting the necessary trainings to value our customers, and grow our businesses. Marketing, as well as having good products can be great, but if customers don't feel appreciated or welcomed, they can easily not be returning customers. It's about time we invest in businesses that will do everything to help your company grow by making sure your employees are there to "WOW" the customers.
