At a time when demographic shifts, artificial intelligence, and changing generational expectations are redefining the workplace, the conversation around leadership and work becomes increasingly important.

We are honored that The Flow Partners is participating as a sponsor of the newsbeast conference “Leadership & Work: Investing in Human Capital”, where our Founder, Elias Galinos, will join a distinguished group of speakers contributing perspectives on leadership, talent, and the evolving world of work.

Elias will explore one of the most pressing challenges facing organizations today:

How can different generations collaborate effectively, and how must leadership adapt to diverse workplace cultures?

We look forward to contributing to a meaningful dialogue on the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of work.

What if the very qualities that made you successful as a leader are now limiting your ability to lead?

In a world shaped by constant disruption, leaders are increasingly confronted with paradoxes: stability vs. change, control vs. empowerment, experience vs. experimentation. The instinct is often to rely on what has worked before.

But past success can easily become a present limitation.

The challenge is not to abandon what we know, but to expand it—by engaging with perspectives and behaviors that may initially feel contradictory, or even uncomfortable.

On May 11, at the NextGenHR Conference in Thessaloniki, Elias Galinos, will explore how leaders can navigate turbulence, move beyond deadlock situations, and develop a more adaptive and expansive leadership approach.
