Deloitte's 7th annual Scale-Ups Confidence Survey gathered insights from 498 start-ups and scale-ups across seven EMEA markets, including 100 in Greece.

The findings paint the picture of a maturing ecosystem, still firmly growth oriented.

Key takeaways from the Greek ecosystem:
🔹 8.1/10 growth confidence - among the highest in EMEA
🔹 Customer acquisition, not capital, is now the top challenge
🔹 57% are prioritising market expansion for 2026
🔹 Only 33% have a defined exit strategy - the lowest in the survey

As Konstantinos Vaitsas, Director of Innovation at Deloitte Greece, highlights: “The next phase of growth for the Greek ecosystem will depend not only on ambition, but on its ability to connect scale-ups with capital, international markets, talent and strategic partners."

Giving young people room to exchange ideas, develop skills and build confidence at this year’s Deloitte Teens' Bootcamp🚀

The event kicked off with a warm welcome from our CEO, Dimitris Koutsopoulos, and our CHRO, Irene Panagiotakopoulou, setting the stage for an inspiring two-day experience.

Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, participants had the chance to explore relevant topics like AI, entrepreneurship, climate protection, creativity, critical thinking, mindset and self-expression.
